We collect only the data you choose to provide when contacting us: name, institution, email, material of interest, fill, quantity and the description of the research purpose. This site has no user account, cart or payment processing, and does not request financial data.

The data is used solely to answer the enquiry, send the specification sheet and lot certificate where available, prepare a quotation and continue the correspondence. We do not sell or pass this data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact channel
Enquiries are conducted over Telegram. The handling of those messages is also subject to that platform’s own policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep the enquiry record for as long as needed to handle it and to meet applicable administrative obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact data at any time through the contact channels shown on this site.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking profiles. Technical hosting resources may record access data at server level for security and diagnostics.
